From the age of two, I loved music and started singing with my parents.  I started playing the piano at four and writing my own songs.  Growing up with my sister, I was always the "preacher" when we played church.  I don't say any of this to boast, but to prove that God placed in my heart what he wanted me to do to fulfill HIS will for my life when He put me in my mother's womb.   Looking back, I now see how God placed gifts in my heart.  It was nothing I did, or anything I can explain.  That is how I know it is from God.  I cannot explain why I can sing, play the piano, write, or speak.  It is all God.

I have been blessed to be published in magazines, e-zines, and books.  I have way too many ideas of things to write sometimes!  Besides continuing to write articles, stories, and poems, I have other projects.  I have completed my first novel, You Are Loved and am working on getting it published.  I have also completed my autobiography (A Prisoner of Hope: Four Days in a Psych Ward) about how my bipolar led to a suicide attempt, and how God changed my life forever.  I'm currently working on two devotional books (The Wonder Made and Filling Your Mustard Seed Jar). I have two church programs that I'm also editing. The "Fine Arts Festival" is teach children how to find their God-given gifts.  "The Character Zone" teaches children how to have a quiet time with God each day.

Currently, I'm very involved in our local Celebrate Recovery Ministry at our Church.  God has done amazing things in my life.  I'm currently working on putting mustard seed of faith in my jar.  Without Jesus Christ, I can do nothing!
